Developing Demonstrations
Click the links below to watch instructional videos by former GSHS teacher Laura Hardman demonstrating how to develop black and white film (Kodak Tri-X 400) and make prints.
Film Developing Video
Make a copy of this Film Developing Questions doc and pause to answer the questions as you watch the video (use blue for the answers so it's easy differentiate them from the questions) and share it to my email address [email protected]. This is a pass/fail assignment. If you complete it you will earn a 4, if not a 1 (partial credit may be assigned if you leave some questions blank or write the incorrect answer).
Printing Video
Make a copy of this Photo Printing Summary Doc and in one page, summarize the important steps of the photo printing process outlined in the video. This should be written in paragraph format (not a list). Use New Times Roman, size 12 font, double spaced (this is the academic standard used in college). Use formal grammar and punctuation. This is a pass/fail assignment. If you complete it you will earn a 4, if not a 1 (partial credit may be assigned if it is incomplete, aim for about 1 full page).
