Panoramas
I made this one from 6 separate photos taken Southwest of McClure pass during the last weekend of September, 2018. That's Chair Mountain in the center behind Ragged Peak slightly to the right. The aperture was between f/6.3 - f/7.1 for each shot and the shutter speed was 1/100 for all of them. The separate photos alone are not that great e.g. some are overexposed, and lacking in contrast, or even a bit fuzzy, but the panorama came together well enough after editing. In Photoshop I darkened the sky, adjusted it toward violet, gamma corrected, desaturated, and then burned in specific areas. The aspens in the lower right were dodged to lighten them up and add contrast.
